In a saucepan combine the contents of a bag mix and 3 tablespoons of sugar. Gradually add ½ liter milk, stirring well all the time to prevent lumps from forming.
Pour the mixture in a mold moistened with water and allow to cool before turning it out. The S. Martino plain chocolate and cinnamon pudding is ready!
