Today it is very easy to prepare with Caprese cake mix of Oro Sam Martino collection.

Turn oven to 160° C. Melt butter, grease a 26 cm round cake tin with butter. In a bowl pour the mixture, add in eggs and butter. Stir the mixture for 2 minutes until it becomes homogeneous. Pour the mixture in the cake tin and bake for about 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven, let stand for 10 minutes, remove from the cake tin and sprinkle the cake with icing sugar.
