Your may serve this jewel of the Italian cuisine just following the easy package directions of S. Martino sbrisolona cake.

Turn oven to 180° C and grease a cake tin with butter.
Pour the mix into a bowl, add in egg yolk and cold butter cut into small pieces. Stir first with a fork and then process wih your hands to obtain a very lumpy mixture, add almonds and mix the dough. Pour in the cake tin without pressing. Bake for 35 minutes. Remove the cake from the oven and serve cold.
