Ingredients: sugar, corn starch, dextrose, thickening: carrageenan (E407), salt, flavours. The product contains lactose. May contain traces of gluten, soy lecithin, sulphur dioxide.

Instructions for the preparation.
Place the mix in a saucepan and add 2 litre of fresh cream or 1 litre of milk and 1 litre of cream. Boil 2 minutes stirring continuosly. Remove from the fire, pour into the form and place in refrigerator for 2 hours. Remove from form and arrange on a platter. Garnish with caramel and serve it.
