Ingredients:
Ingredients Dessert Mix (65 gr): cane sugar *, maize starch *, glucose syrup from maize starch *, thickening agent: carrageenan (E407), salt, vanilla extract *.
Ingredients caramelised sugar ready for use (30 gr - 31,5%): caramelised wheat syrup *, caramelised cane sugar *.
* Organic Ingredients. The product contains gluten. May contain traces of milk and its by-products. eggs, shell fruit, sulphur dioxide. |

Instruction:
Pour the caramelised sugar on the bottom of a mould. Pour the preparation in a pan and slowly add ½ liter of cream (or 250 ml of cream and 250 ml of milk). Boil slowly dessert mix for 2 minutes. Pour the cream in the mould and let the mixture coll in the refrigerator for 2 hours. |
