Instruction: Pour content of one envelope and 3 table’s spoons of sugar ( or equivalent quantity of alternative sweetening) in a pot and add slowly ½ litre of cold milk. Boil for 3 minutes stirring constantly. Pour into a form wet with water or liquor and make it tepid at room temperature than let it cool for 3 hours in the refrigerator.
