INGREDIENTS FOR 8 PERSONS:

• 600 g pears
• 100 g flour
• 100 g potato flour S. Martino
• 5 spoonful milk
• 60 g butter
• 120 g sugar
• 30 g plain cocoa S. Martino
• 1 bag of S. Martino baking power

Turn oven to 180° C.
Grease with butter and flour a 22 cm cake tin.
Peel and slice pears.
In a bowl beat eggs with sugar.
Add cocoa, flour, milk, potato flour, baking powder and melted butter. Stir the mixture until it is smooth and homogeneous, then add pears. Pour into the bake tin and bake for about 1 hour. Remove the cake from the oven and let cool.
