INGREDIENTS FOR 6 PERSONS:
• 1 S. Martino creme caramel mix
• 400 ml milk
• 100 ml pineapple juice
• Sliced pineapple (it may be in syrup)

Place the caramel in a mould.
Pour the crème caramel mix in a saucepan and gradually add 400 ml of milk and 100 ml of pineapple juice.
Cook for 3 minutes stirring the whole time.
Pour Crème Caramel and allow to cool for 2 hours in the fridge.
Before serving decorate the dessert with sliced pineapple.
