INGREDIENTS FOR 6 PERSONS:
• 1 S. Martino chocolate pudding mix
• 1 S. Martino vanilla pudding mix
• 1 liter milk
• 6 tablespoon of icing sugar
• Lemon rind

Pour the chocolate pudding mix in a sacucepan, add 3 tablespoons of sugar and gradually half liter of milk, stirring well to prevent lumps from forming. Cook for 3 minutes stirring the whole time. Pour the pudding in one liter mold previously wet.
Now prepare vanilla pudding. Pour the pudding mix in a saucepan, add 3 tablespoons of sugar, 4 or 5 lemon zests and gradually half liter of milk stirring well to prevent lumps from forming. Cook for 3 minutes stirring all the time. Pour the vanilla pudding in the mold over the chocolate pudding, allow to cool in the fridge for 2 hours.
