INGREDIENTS FOR 6 PERSONS:
• 250 g S. Martino potato flour
• 50 g flour
• 1 bag of S.Martino baking powder
• 300 g sugar
• 200 g butter
• 4 eggs
• 2 spoonful milk
• 1 bag of S. Martino icing sugar

Turn oven to 180°. Grease with butter and flour a 24 cm cake tin with high rims. . Melt the butter in a bain-marie. In a bowl, pour sugar, 4 yolks and beat with the electric whisk.
Then add butter and stir in flour, potato flour, baking powder and 2 spoonful of milk. Stir until smooth. Beat 4 yolks and add gently to the mixture. Pour in the bake tin and bake for 45 minutes.
Before serving, sprinkle icing sugar over the cake.
