INGREDIENTS FOR 8 PERSONS:
• 300 g flour
• 300 g sugar
• 100 g butter
• Lemon juce
• 6 eggs
• 150 g pine nuts
• 1 bag of S. Martino vanilling
• 1 bag of S. Martino baking powder |

| Turn oven to 180°. Grease with butter and flour a 26 cm round cake tin with high rims. Melt the butter with a wooden spoon, gradually add sugar, yolks, lemon juice, vanillin and 100 g of chopped pine nuts. Gradually incorporate the sifted flour with baking powder. Beat the egg whites and add gently to the mixture. Place in the cake tin and sprinkle the cake top with the remaining pine nuts. Bake for about 55 minutes, remove the cake from the oven and set aside to cool. |
