INGREDIENTS FOR 8 PERSONS:
• 300 g flour
• 150 g sugar
• 100 g butter
• 2 eggs
• 200 g jam
• 400 g pineapple in suryp
• 1 lemon grated ring
• A pinch of salt
• 1 bag of S. Martino Vanillina
• Candied cherries for decoration |

Turn on the oven to 170°. Grease a cake tin with a diameter of 26 cm with butter and flour. In a bowl put sifted flour with baking powder, sugar, grated lemon ring, salt vanillin, butter cut into pieces and eggs. Mix well all the ingredients.
Put the mixture in the bake tin, spread with jam and put pineapple slices on the top.
Sprinkle the cake with sugar. Bake for 40 minutes. Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool and decorate with candied cherries.
