1 S. Martino chocolate pudding mix
200 g sugar
300 g orange juice
Grated orange zest
Finely chopped orange zest
350 ml milk

In a saucepan pour chocolate pudding mix and 100 g of sugar, add milk stirring all the time, 150 g orange juice and grated orange zest. Cook stirring constantly for 3 minutes until mixture is thickened. Pour in a single mold or in small molds. Serve pudding with hot orange sauce.
ORANGE SAUCE:
In a small saucepan, place 100 g sugar and heat. When sugar will be almost dissolved and still white add 150 g of orange juice and finely chopped zest, stir well until sugar is dissolved.
