Our Gender Equality Policy

For Cleca excellence means producing a product of the highest quality, but also an entrepreneurial orientation based on corporate values, which aim to valorise people and their work, while promoting equal opportunities within the company.

Cleca has long invested in the presence of women and in the recognition of the peculiarities of each worker, regardless of gender. Since December 2024, this commitment has materialized in the application of a real company policy in support of gender equality, obtaining the UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification on Gender Equality.

The policy includes the company's commitment to comply with all requirements related to Gender Equality, those to which the company subscribes and applicable laws. The policy is issued in a controlled form, approved by management and available on the notice board for all employees and interested parties. It is periodically reviewed during the Management Review to ensure its adequacy, appropriateness and continued effectiveness. 

The Gender Equality System is the responsibility of the specially elected Gender Equality Committee.
