The fourteenth edition of “Identità Golose” Congress has just arrived, an event dedicated to Food Service, that takes place in Milan from 3rd to 5th March 2018.
S. Martino will participate in this initiative in collaboration with Caffè La Crepa at Eastlombardy stand where it will be possible to taste the "Sbrisolona cake with mascarpone cheese", the "Sbrisolona cake with tiramisu cream and cocoa", the "Brown Crust and meringue" and the "Ricotta and Candied fruit Tart", desserts created for this occasion by Pastry Chef Federico Malinverno with S.Martino products.
