Preheat a fan oven at 160°C. Peel and slice 3 apples. Pour the cake mix into a bowl and add 2 eggs, 100 ml of milk (or vegetable drink or water) and 50 g of melted butter (or oil or baking spread). Stir well with a wooden spoon. Add 2 apples to the dough, leaving aside about 1 apple for the decoration. Pour the mix into the cake pan, decorate with the remaining apple slices and bake for about 45 minutes. The cake is done when a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean.
