Pour the content of the bag in a bowl. Add 500 ml of cream and 500 ml of milk. Work with mixer for about 1 minute. Pour the cream in small bowls and keep them in the fridge for about 1 hour. Before serving the dessert, garnish with caramel. Keep the dessert in the refrigerator.
