Catalan Cream mix, containing 4 envelopes, dosed for 500ml of milk and 500ml of cream each one. Without cooking, it's ideal for Catering sector and Foodservice. The product is gluten free, suitable also for celiac desease.

Method of preparation:
Pour the content of the bag in a bowl. Add 500 ml of cream and 500 ml of milk. Work with mixer for about 1 minute. Pour the cream in small bowls and keep them in the fridge for about 1 hour. Before serving the dessert, garnish with caramel. Keep the dessert in the refrigerator.

sugar, modified potato starch, skimmed milk powder, cream powder, glucose syrup powder, vegetal palm oil, stabilizer: xanthan gum, tetrasodium diphosphate, disodium phosphate; emulsifying: E472a; thickening agent: carrageenan; milk proteins, colourings: annatto, curcumin.
