The Gianduia pudding mix, gluten free, is a great dessert with thick consistency, to taste as snack or at the end of meal, which enhances the traditional taste of gianduia.

Method of preparation:
Pour the content of one packet into a saucepan and add 3 table’s spoons of sugar (or equivalent amount of sweetener). Gradually stir in ½ litre of cold milk. Bring to the boil and simmer for 3 minutes, stirring continuously. Wet a mould with water or liqueur and pour in the mixture. Leave to cool for 3 hours at room temperature. Keep refrigerated.
