Chocolate Panna Cotta mix 110g

Chocolate panna cotta is an italian mix, gluten free, with caramel topping: a delicious dessert to taste at the end of a meal. A distinctive feature is that this sweet doesn't contain food grade gelatine replaced, in our recipe, by carrageenan of plant origin.

Method of preparation:

Pour the caramel sauce into the bottom of a form or into 6 little moulds. Put the mix in a saucepan and add 250 ml of fresh cream and 250 ml of milk. For a more delicious dessert you can use 500 ml of cream. Boil 2 minutes stirring continuously. Remove from fire, pour into the form, or into little moulds, and place in refrigerator for about 2 hours. Before serving, put the form on fire for few seconds to melt caramel. Remove from form and arrange on a platter. Store in the refrigerator.

Ingredients:

Dessert mix (80 g): common lean chocolate powder 74,7% (sugar 75%, lean cocoa 25%), dextrose, corn starch, sugar, thickening agent: carrageenan; salt, flavours (contains lactose). Ready Caramel (30 g – 27%): glucose-fructose syrup, caramelized sugar, colouring: caramel E150b.
