Melt 60 g of butter. Pour the content of the envelope into a bowl, add 1 egg and the butter. Mix the ingredients with a wooden spoon until you obtain an homogeneous mixture. Crush the biscuits contained in the package and add it to the mixture. Mix well; pour the mixture into the baking paper, giving the salami shape. Put the sweet into the fridge for at least 2 hours. Store in refrigerator.
Chocolate salame mix (200 g): chocolate powder without added sugar (33,3% - cocoa, cocoa butter, sweetener: maltitol), sweetener: maltitol; flavours. Shortbread biscuits without added sugar (100 g – 33%): wheat flour, sweeteners: maltitol syrup, maltitol; sunflower oil, wheat starch, oat flour, eggs, low fat yogurt, wheat and barley malt extract, powdered skimmed milk, raising agents: sodium bicarbonate, ammonium bicarbonate; salt, flavours.
