Melt 100 g of butter. Pour the mix into a bowl, add butter and 40 ml of water, for a decadent recipe add also 1 egg. Whisk for ½ minute until obtain an homogeneous mixture. Crush the biscuits contained in the package and add them in the mixture. Mix well with a spoon and pour the mixture into the paper giving the salami shape. Put in fridge for at least 2 hours.
Chocolate cream mix: sugar, chocolate powder 38% (cocoa, low fat cocoa, sugar, cocoa paste), low fat cocoa, cocoa, corn starch. Plain Biscuits: wheat flour, sugar, sunflower oil 8,7%, glucose syrup, fructose syrup, raising agents: ammonium bicarbonate, sodium bicarbonate; salt, skimmed milk powder, wheat starch, flavourings.
