Set the oven to 180°C (if electric oven) or 160°C (if airy oven). Slightly grease with butter and then flour a 24 cm cake tin. In a bowl pour content of the big pouch: add 3 eggs, 3 spoonfuls of milk and 125 g of softened butter or margarine. Mix with a wooden spoon for about 5 minutes or with an electric whisk for 2 minutes untile the mixture has a smooth and fluffy consistency. Pour the mixture into the cake tin. Bake in the low grate of the oven for 45 minutes (if electric oven)or 30 minutes (if airy oven). leave to stand for 10 minutes, take it out of the cake tin. Dust the top with icing sugar from the small sachet.
