Pour the mix into a casserole. Gradually add 250 ml of cream (preferably fresh) and 250 ml of milk, stirring well to avoid lumps. For a decadent version, use 500 ml of cream. Bring to a boil and, stirring constantly, simmer for 2 minutes. Pour the cream into a mould or 6 single-serve moulds and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Before serving, invert the dessert onto a serving plate and sprinkle with the cocoa in the sachet. Store the dessert in the refrigerator.
Dessert mix: sugar, corn starch, dextrose, freeze-dried soluble coffee (4%), thickener: carrageenan; natural flavor. Low-Fat Cocoa: low-fat cocoa, acidity regulators: potassium hydroxide, potassium carbonate.
