Bring 1 litre of milk to the boil. Remove milk from the fire and add the contents of the bag. Bring the mixture to the boil for about 3 minutes, continuously stirring. Pour it in a mould or in several small moulds and let it cool in the fridge for 3 hours, or at room temperature for 4-5 hours. Garnish with caramel and serve it. Keep the dessert in the refrigerator.
