Method of preparation:

In a bowl pour 250 ml (1/4 liter) of milk at room temperature. Add little by little, well mixing, the content of one pouch. Shake by a fork for 2 minutes, or by a beater for 1 minute till obtaining an homogeneous, smooth and soft cream.

Ingredients:

sugar, skimmed milk powder, modified starch from potato and corn, cream powder, potato starch, thickening agent: carrageenan; flavour, dehydrated lemon juice (corn maltodextrin, concentrated lemon juice), natural lemon flavour, colourings: annatto, curcumin; salt.
