With the Gianduia Cream, without cooking, gluten free, you can fill sweets, in fast and simply way. It is ideal for filling beignet and cannoli, sponge cakes and puff pastry or as base for tarts.

Method of preparation:
In a bowl pour 250 ml of milk at room temperature. Add little by little, well mixing, the content of one pouch. Shake by a fork for 2 minutes, or by a beater for 1 minute till obtaining an homogeneous, smooth and soft cream.
Ingredients:
sugar, chocolate powder 25% (cocoa, cocoa paste, sugar), modified corn starch, lean cocoa, thickening agent: carrageenan; flavours (contains lactose).
