Lemon cream mix 140g
With the Lemon Cream, without cooking, gluten free, you can fill sweets, in fast and simply way. It is ideal for filling beignet and cannoli, sponge cakes and puff pastry or as base for tarts.

Method of preparation:
In a bowl pour 250 ml of milk at room temperature. Add little by little, well mixing, the content of one pouch. Shake by a fork for 2 minutes, or by a beater for 1 minute till obtaining an homogeneous, smooth and soft cream.
Ingredients:
sugar, skimmed milk powder, modified starch from potato and corn, cream powder, potato starch, dehydrated lemon juice 0,8% (corn maltodextrin, 20% concentrated lemon juice), thickening agent: carrageenan; flavours (contains lactose), colourings: annatto, curcumin; salt.
