Made-in-the-pan Apple cake mix

Preparing an apple cake is even easier with the Apple cake mix S.Martino. It is made in the pan, instead of the oven, in only 18 minutes. A soft and light dessert, prepared with oil instead of butter, rich in cereals and fibres with a lot of special flours (rice, wheat, corn and buckwheat). Instead of apples, you can prepare it with other seasonal fruits.

Method of preparation:

Put a bit of oil in a frying pan with the diameter of 24cm (you can also put a spoon of sugar a twill). Cut one apple into slices and put them on the bottom of the pan to cover it completery. Cut another apple into pieces. In a bowl put the cake mix, 2 eggs, 50 ml of oil and stir well. Add the pieces of apple and pour everything in the pan. Cover with a lid and cook over low heat for 18 minutes. Turn off the stove and let the cake rest for 10 minutes with the lid on. Turn the cake upside down and serve.
