Preheat convection oven at 160°C. Slightly grease with oil a 24 cm cake pan. In a bowl pour content of the bag and add 3 eggs and 120 ml of oil. Mix with a wooden spoon for 5 minutes or with an electric whisk for 2 minutes until the mixture has a smooth and fluffy consistency. Pour the mixture into the cake pan and bake in the low grate of the oven for about 30 minutes. Take away from the oven. Leave it to stand for 10 minutes, take it out of the cake pan, cool at room temperature.
