Ingredients: 1 kg cleaned fruit + 300 g cane sugar + 4 spoons (30 ml) of lemon juice. Rinse, wash and cut the fruit into pieces and put them in a pot. Add the mix, sugar, lemon juice and stir. Put the pot on fire and bring to boil while keep stirring for 3 minutes. Then take the pot off the fire and stir till the foam is dissolved. Pour the boiling jam into jars and close them hermetically. Upon open the jar, keep in the fridge.
