Pre-heat airy oven to 200°C. Oil 26/28 cm diameter pan. Put contents of the pizza mix in a bowl, add 170 ml of water and 2 tablespoons of oil. First stir with a fork and then with your fingers until the dough is smooth and press it into pizza pan. Spread the tomato sauce on the crust. Add oregano, a pinch of salt and 2 tablespoons of oil. Bake on the middle rack of the oven for about 25 minutes. SOME ADVICES: If you want to stuff the S.Martino pizza with other ingredients (mozzarella, vegetables, etc...) add toppings 10 minutes before the end of the cooking time.
Pizza dough mix (249,5 g): gluten free wheat starch, rice flour, potato starch, skimmed milk powder, raising agents: diphosphat, sodium hydrogen carbonat; starch, Psyllium seed husk powder, salt, thickening agent: xanthan gum. Chopped tomatoes (210 g – 45,6%): tomatoes 99,8%, salt. Oregano (0,5 g – 0,1%): oregano.
