Custard Cream, in the practical case of 1120g, containing 4 envelopes, dosed for 1 liter of milk each one. Ideal for stuffing and garnish desserts. The product is gluten free, suitable also for celiac desease.

Method of preparation:
In a bowl pour 1 litre of milk at room temperature. Add little by little, well mixing, the content of one envelope. Shake by a fork for 2 minutes or by a beater for 1 minute till obtaining an homogeneous, smooth and soft cream. Keep in the refrigerator.
Ingredients:
sugar, skimmed milk powder, modified starch of potato and corn, cream powder, potato starch, thickening agent: carrageenan; flavour, dehydrated lemon juice (corn maltodextrin, concentrated lemon juice), natural lemon flavour, colourings: annatto, curcumin; salt.
