Pour content of one envelope in a pot and add slowly 1/2 litre of milk. Boil for 3 minutes stirring continuously. Pour the pudding into 4 little moulds or a form. Leave the pudding to cool for 4 or 5 hours at room temperature or about 2 hours in the refrigerator. Keep the dessert in the fridge.
