The Vanilla pudding mix, already sugared, is a great dessert with thick consistency, to taste as snack or at the end of meal, which enhances the traditional taste of vanilla.

Method of preparation:

Pour content of one envelope in a pot and add slowly 1/2 litre of milk. Boil for 3 minutes stirring continuously. Pour the pudding into 4 little moulds or a form. Leave the pudding to cool for 4 or 5 hours at room temperature or about 2 hours in the refrigerator. Keep the dessert in the fridge.

Ingredients:

sugar 75%, corn starch, thickening agent: carrageenan; salt, flavours, colourings: annatto, curcumin, caramel E150d. May contain SOY and its by-products, MILK and its by-products.
