Confrutta is a natural help to realize a genuine homemade jam, gluten free, with all the flavor and properties of the fruit. An alternative way to enjoy the fruits all the time of year. Each envelope is used for 1 Kg of clean fruit and 500g of sugar.

Method of preparation:
Each envelope serve for 1 kg of fruit and 500 g of sugar. Clean, wash and dry fruit. Cut into little pieces and place in a casserole. Add Fruttincasa 2:1, sugar and mix. Boil for about 5 minutes stirring continuously. Remove the pot from fire and continue to stir to dissolve the foam. Fill the jar to the brim with hot jam. Seal securely and flip until to cools. Keep the jar in refrigerator after opening.

dextrose, gelling agent: pectin (28,9%); acidity regulator: citric acid.
