Beat 2 eggs with a mixer on high speed 1 minute. Add pancakes mix and 200 ml of milk, then beat on low speed until smooth. Lightly grease a griddle and pour 3 spoons of batter onto the griddle. Cook your pancakes for 1 minute on each side until golden.
