Panna Cotta mix in case of 1040g, containing 4 envelopes, dosed for 2 liters of cream each one, for 64 total portions, ideal for Catering sector and Foodservice. The product is gluten free, suitable also for celiac desease.

Method of preparation:
Place the mix in a saucepan and add 2 litre of fresh cream, or 1 litre of milk and 1 litre of cream. Boil 2 minutes stirring continuously. Remove from fire, pour into the form and place in refrigerator for 2 hours. Remove from form and arrange on a platter. Garnish with caramel and serve it. Keep the dessert in the refrigerator.

sugar, corn starch, dextrose, thickening agent: carrageenan; salt, flavours (contains lactose).
